Process
- Contact Imperial Portraits, Discuss & Confirm Order,
Email
Photographs & Pay Deposit.
- Artist is selected, Photographs are delivered to the Artist
&; Portrait is Started.
- Once the portrait is completed a photograph of it is emailed
to you, The remaining cost is to be paid & then the portrait
will be posted.
After contacting the staff here at Imperial Portraits and
discussing your requirments and agreeing to the terms, you will need to
email one photograph of the subject that you would like drawn,
prefferably a close up. The quality of the photo directly effects the
quality of the final portrait, so please choose wisely.
50% of the total cost will be required at this stage as a
non-refundable deposit.
Once the photographs are received they shall be
delivered to the artist most suited to your request. Once they have
completed your personal portrait, a photo will be taken and emailed to
you for your approval. Once you have given your approval and the final
50% of the cost deposited, the portrait will be posted.
Please have the images scanned at a high resolution (However
size less than 2.5Mb) to ensure that the artist can capture every
detail.
Please advise if you would like anything removed that is in original
photograph. We recommend that the background, unwanted people or any
brand names on clothing be removed from the portrait, to improve the
final look.
Please allow up to four weeks from full payment to delivery.
Terms
& Conditions
Imperial Portraits warrants and declares that every effort will be made
to provide high quality services. In the unlikely event that a
catastrophic loss whereby the portrait is lost or damaged in transit,
or any other mishap and Imperial Portraits is unable to provide Client
with the agreed upon service and/or products, Imperial Portrait agrees
to reimburse Client for all amounts paid to date, minus the initial
deposit.
Imperial Portraits and Client agree that Imperial Portraits is not
responsible for any other damages, emotional or otherwise.
Any special requests must be emailed to Imperial Portraits prior to the
order being placed.
The Client must obtain written permission from and possibly compensate
Imperial Portraits prior to the
Client or its friends and relatives publishing or selling the portrait
or its image for profit.
Client(s) agrees that Imperial Portraits may use any portrait or its
image for publicity purposes unless previously and clearly notified by
the client prior to order. Such publicity and advertising may include
publication on Imperial Portraits Internet Web Site. It is the Clients
responsibility to inform the subject of the portrait of this clause.
